The Checklist


I remember reading the quote “simplicity is genius”
and it really resonating with me.
With a world full of information and detailed ways to do things, you would think being on the planet this long… Shouldn’t we have at least figured out mastering our own health?
Or maybe we did?
Maybe generations before us had something figured out.
It kinda seems like answers are coming up though.
Are we re-learning ancient wisdom in a modern techy era to remember our true health?  

Without getting too deep into the health marketing corruption society we live in etc…
Let’s look at some simplicity in ancient wisdom

Your morning routine.
Your daily habits.
Your evening routine.

This will tell us A LOT about ourselves.
It’s actually the template I use for myself and most clients,
I’ve found it helps organize and reward the mind, maintaining a goal-oriented lifestyle.
Typically, also bringing a self-awareness to the bad habits and patterns,
helping shift away from what is not in alignment with the vision.


Somewhere in those habits/routine is our lifestyle, passions & fears included!
Ultimately flourishing the growth for the best version of ourself.

Breathing

Somewhere in the day, honor these 4 words with a positive mindset.
The art of healthy living, is creating what works for you.

*Plus who doesn’t like a check list for those little hits of dopamine*

Where some of my own motivation comes from.
These are things we all HAVE to do.
Sooo my thoughts have been… throughout life if I have to move, eat, sleep and breath for the foundation of health.
 I should put effort into the study & practice of these topics every single day.
